Lemon Layered Dessert

A taste of SPRING!

Ingredients & Instructions for crust:

  • 1 stick of butter plus 2 TBLs melted
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • Mix and press into a 13 x 9 pan

Ingredients & Instructions for layer on top of crust:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 block of cream cheese softened
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 of the 16 oz Cool Whip
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Mix in 1/2 of Cool Whip.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crust.

Instructions for layering on top of the cream cheese mixture:

  • 2 – 3.4 oz pkgs of instant Lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • Whisk until dissolved and beginning to thicken.
  • Spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture.

Last Layer Instructions:

  • Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding. I like to sprinkle a few finely ground graham cracker crumbs over the Cool Whip.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving.
