A taste of SPRING!

Ingredients & Instructions for crust:
- 1 stick of butter plus 2 TBLs melted
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Mix and press into a 13 x 9 pan
Ingredients & Instructions for layer on top of crust:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 block of cream cheese softened
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 of the 16 oz Cool Whip
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Mix in 1/2 of Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crust.
Instructions for layering on top of the cream cheese mixture:
- 2 – 3.4 oz pkgs of instant Lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Whisk until dissolved and beginning to thicken.
- Spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture.
Last Layer Instructions:
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding. I like to sprinkle a few finely ground graham cracker crumbs over the Cool Whip.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
