Ingredients:
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with foil, leaving handles on the sides, and coat with cooking spray.
- Microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk in a large bowl at 45-second intervals until melted. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
- Press the fudge into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate until it is firm.
- Remove using foil handles and cut into pieces.
