INGREDIENTS
- 2 quart casserole dish
- Shredded Chicken (Can use rotisserie chicken or boil 2 chicken breasts and shred)
- 1 can cream of soup your choice or what’s in your pantry (cream of chicken, or cream of celery, or cream of mushroom)
- 1/2 to 1 cup of milk (FYI: I keep powdered milk packets in my pantry because I don’t always have milk…spray just saying!!)
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets (cooked )
- 2 1/4 cups of shredded cheese (your choice or mix of mild cheddar, some mozzarella.)
- 1/2 stick of butter (cut in pieces)
- 1/2 cup (divided) bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray your casserole dish
- Sprinkle a few breadcrumbs in the bottom of the dish
- In a separate bowl mix your soup, milk and 2 cups of cheese (saving the 1/4 c for the top
- Pour some of your mix onto the bottom of casserole dish
- Layer your shredded chicken, broccoli, more mix
- Top with cheese, breadcrumbs, pats of butter
- Bake until hot…….cheese has melted and breadcrumbs are toasted)
